ADJUSTING BRIGHTNESS AND CONTRAST
If you have an image that is too dark or bright, then brightness and contrast controls is a simple and easy way to make quick adjustments to your image.
First, with your image selected, click the IMAGE tab at the top of the page. Then you will want to find ADJUSTMENTS, then BRIGHTNESS/CONTRAST.
This will bring up a small window which will allow you to play with the brightness/contrast settings of the image. Adjust the small arrows to your wishes and click OK. It really is that simple!
NOTE: Make sure the preview box in the window is ticked, so you can see the adjustments you are making as you change them. The adjustments you make won't take effect until you click OK.
